Jeremy Shidner receives 2006 NASA award

Congratulations to Jeremy Shidner (Ph.D. Candidate - NIA) for receiving the 2006 NASA's Inventions and Contributions Board Action Award. This award was officially given at the Langley Research Center Inventors Awards Luncheon in the Reid Conference Center. The name of the technology submitted by Jeremy Schidner and Ben Raiszadeh (the original inventor of the technology) is"POST II Trajectory Animation Tool using MATLAB". The benefit of this animation tool is generating videos stictly from scientific measurements and analysis. This tool provided assistance in the development of Version 2 which is included in the Mars MOLA terrain mapping, CAD model interpreting, and body frame camera placement.
