The Department of Aerospace Engineering in the A. James Clark School of Engineering established the Robert Rivello Endowed Scholarship in October 1995 to award a scholarship to the undergraduate in aerospace engineering with the highest overall academic average through junior year. This fund was established to honor the memory of Robert Rivello.

Dr. Christopher T. Jones is the former corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Technology Services.
